I have a fairly comprehensive understanding of all things IT
infrastructure related. I have been permanently in the IT industry
all my life and if you need guidance, planning or management
of IT related deployments, then I will know what you are referring
to. I have experience of implementing and managing ISO27001 security
standards and also the Payment Card Industry standards (PCI DSS
v1.0 & v1.1). I have also implemented Helpdesks (or Service
Desks if you prefer) into three companies and have extensive
experience in the definition and management of Service Level
Agreements (SLA's). Although I'm based in Essex, I'm used to
globetrotting and travelling, so I'm more than happy to work
anywhere that's needed.
Accreditations and Qualifications:
ITIL Practitioner (Service & Change Management).
PRINCE2. SC Clearance from MoD. Accredited Associate, Institute
for Independent Business (AInstIB).
Industry Sectors worked in:
IT based roles in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Printing
and Publishing. Have contacts in Central Government in the publishing
& printing arena.
