Product development and technical customer service of multinational company (Sandvik). In the same company sales&marketing manager with worldwide responsibility for specific market segments (nuclear, oil&gas, pulp&paper, chemical, petrochemical). Sales&marketing manager of aluminium products for a company in the SAPA Group (formerly Gränges), the most important market segment being the automotive industry. MD for a company in The Empire Group in Sweden. Warehouse and some production of steel and metals. Management consultant in Adizes Scandinavia. The last 6 years self-employed as JSCoaching. Primarily executive coaching. During this period part of the network Scandinavian Executive Coaches.

Focus today: Working with SME's as executive coach and as accredited associate of The Institute for Independent Business. As executive coach focus on so-called pioneers in larger organisations (pioneers being persons of specific importance for the strategic development of the organisations). Member of International Coach Federation (ICF). Adviser to Interim Management International. This position is two-fold: 1) Looking for opportunities where companies need interim managers other than myself and 2) opportunities for myself. Two areas I am specifically interested in: * Leadership. I can make subordinates both feel comfortable and at the same time perform to their potential. * Strategy and tactics. I enjoy being a sounding board and help find the best action out of tricky and complicated situations.
