During the past 5 years I have successfully guided the owners and MD’s of small and mid-sized enterprises to bring about significant change and improvement to their businesses. Many of my clients have seen their turnover and profits rise sharply. I ran a (35 staff) software company (initially within a larger group, then independent) competing against the large international IT vendors at large corporate clients (banks, insurance companies, retailers, government). Experienced the details and real pains involved with a management buy-out, a merger with a listed company and an acquisition by a black partner.
