I did work with companies having an international name and fame, but the local entities in Belgium were always small (between 10 and 30 FTEs). an ideal starting point for support to SMEs. What I did the most and is really my specialty is a scan of what is available in a company, a gap and potential analysis, writing these down in strategic plans and realizing the different steps to reach the objectives. Big part of the realization runs through a process of motivating people and teams.
